Exclusive Services for Existing Tenants
Our tenants are very important to us. We strive to provide you with fast and efficient assistance with any requests while ensuring that the rental properties are kept in good condition.

Repairs and maintenance
Any repair and/or maintenance requests are to be submit via the Buildium application.

Inspections
We usually visit rental properties once every six months for a maintenance check and general catch up. We arrange a convenient time for the inspection in advance with tenants.

Gardens and outdoors mainteanance
For properties with garden and outdoor areas, it is the responsibility of the renters to look after the garden. This means mowing the lawn frequently as required to keep the curb appeal of the property as well as keeping the shrubs pruned and flower beds weeded.

Contract renewals
Contracts are reviewed and adjusted annually.

Pets
Allowing pets at rental properties is at the discretion of the owners. For those owners that allow pets there is usually a pet deposit fee that will be added to the rental deposit fee.
